Here is the key to all of those amazing supplements you are taking:
Gut health determines if you use the nutrients you consume.
If you aren't utilizing them, you are wasting them.
Taking micronutrients for the thyroid are only as good as your gut is able to utilize them.
Gut health first.
My suggestion is to work with a hormone expert. We like Megan Bliss @meganblissnp because she tests for all of these things.
With hormones, I would be extra careful to make sure you get the right help to make sure you don't start loading up on iodine and other supplements when they may not be needed.
