Does stress play a factor in your gut health? For sure. 💯

Are you stressed out lately?
When you wonder what caused your stomach issues, think back on what's been going on in your life. Stress is a leading trigger problem for the microbiome. Stress seems to be a part of life for all of us.

You have to get your gut health in order, you have to keep it order, and then when stress waves hit, boosting your gut management plan can help counteract the effects of stress on the microbiome.

For example, I have good gut health normally. But stress kills my gut. I know it is during these times that I get sick, experience diarrhea and/or nausea.

Combining Cleanse, Reflux, and Ultimate Probiotic is my go to product mix to keep my gut in check when stress is high. Since high stress causes me diarrhea, I take additional Cleanse capsules on days that a really bad.
