Discomforts? Likely. If you are changing the gut quickly real stuff happens. Die-off is a real thing. Gas and bloating come with everything. Literally. They will most likely come when you change up the microbiome quickly.

When I had to avoid food, life was so not convenient.

When dang near every cold turned into a sinus infection it was super annoying.

When you look 6 months pregnant at 4 pm in the afternoon every day, it is embarrassing (especially when you exercise and eat healthy every day).

When allergy season is six months out of the year, you have zero appetite for life outdoors.

When reflux hits you at bedtime, life is super miserable. When the doctors hand you acid blockers but you know better, you are disappointed.

When your daughter has chronic constipation from her pain syndrome and the doctors tell you she will be on laxatives the rest of her life, you get super super unhappy.

When your wife's Hashimoto's causes her brain fog, hair loss, irritability, and fatigue, life at home is not super fun.

When life's health issues go away, life is much better. So much better.

Gut health does matter. And poor gut health is a massive inconvenience.
