You can stay on acid blockers as long as you want. Nothing is stopping you.
And you may or may not see side effects (short-term or long-term). Many don't.
But if you don't need to stay on them then why do it?
1) They are what we know and use, right?
2) They are readily available.
3) Doctors suggest them A LOT. And doctors know.
4) It is what people do.
But what if there were another way to help with reflux, heartburn, etc. w/o the long-term need for acid blockers? What if there was a way to ease off of acid blockers, not reduce acid, and help with digestion (gut health)?
We think there is. It is a big plan (because bad reflux and heartburn that have existed for a long time are big issues). But it may be worth it.
We like to think we can help with everything but a really bad hiatal hernia. Just being honest.
Our protocol takes 90-120 days. It takes dedication. It takes effort. It costs money. But imagine if you could be done with the issue? Wouldn't that be nice?
I used to have bad reflux and heartburn. Bad. I hated it. Many foods triggered the worst reflux and heartburn. Now I eat what I want again, I have for years.
