5 things you don't know about IBS - gut health, SIBO, IBS

Here is what you are not being told about IBS:

(1) If you have IBS, you likely have several other issues that also need to be helped along with IBS (SIBO, dysbiosis, visceral hypersensitivity, increased gut mucosal immune activation, EPI, etc.)
(2) You may not have IBS at all, it may be something else
(3) Antidepressants help with IBS because they can help reduce visceral hypersensitivity. IBS is a gut-brain issue. If you can help restore normal gut-brain function you can feel better. Saffron may be a very good alternative to use to help with IBS issues along with helping the gut

What is our way of helping all the possible causes for why you don't feel good?
Assume the whole system is broken and then help restore it. Hit all the fundamental pillars of gut health correctly the first time. This approach is MOST effective. You don't miss stuff this way. Whether the "names" of your issues are GERD, IBS, SIBO, histamine intolerance, pancreas problems, etc., if you help the pillars of gut health, you help all of them.

If you have questions, or would like more information please send us a DM on Instagram.

We have a few starting points for people with IBS issues:
(1) If you have constipation, reflux, heartburn, stomach issues, etc., please DM us for the Slow Motility+ Protocol. This is a 3-step protocol. Teaser: We aren't loading you up on probiotics in steps 1 and 2 either. That's not most effective.
(2) If you don't have any slow motility issues (constipation, reflux, etc.) but do have diarrhea and loose stools, DM us #Diarrhea. This is a 2-step protocol.
(3) If you don't have slow motility issues or diarrhea/loose stool issues, DM us #GeneralGutProtocol.

Last, please (seriously) consider helping the gut-brain axis as part of your response to IBS and gut issues to go along with the gut health protocol. BTW -this helps with stress, focus, mood, and sleep as well as helping with gut discomforts. DM us #Stress and #Saffron for this information.
