Addressing ADHD naturally - gut health, magnesium, zinc, Iron, B6, vitamin D, omega 3

What type of zinc is best? ⁠
In children, the zinc shown to work well is zinc sulfate (55 mg/day). Btw – this is the same zinc that helps with acne so it may be helpful for teenagers.⁠
What type(s) of magnesium are best? ⁠
Magnesium glycinate or L-Threonate. My personal preference is L-⁠
Threonate because of the mood benefits. Also, may be helpful for teenagers. 😉⁠
Consuming enough protein is also key to helping with ADHD. Protein influences neurotransmitters such as dopamine.⁠
Exercise (or energetic play) is helpful for ADHD.⁠
Sleep is key to helping with ADHD.⁠
Finally, gut health (the microbiome) imbalances do play a role in ADHD and other diseases (i.e., allergies, asthma, depression, anxiety, etc.)⁠
