What type of zinc is best?
In children, the zinc shown to work well is zinc sulfate (55 mg/day). Btw – this is the same zinc that helps with acne so it may be helpful for teenagers.

What type(s) of magnesium are best?
Magnesium glycinate or L-Threonate. My personal preference is L-
Threonate because of the mood benefits. Also, may be helpful for teenagers. 😉
