NOTE: Please give the product time. I have bad stress. While it took some test subjects a couple of days or weeks to notice it working, it took me about 6 weeks to notice. Further, I don't sleep well. I started taking 2 capsules per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) to help with sleep. Not only did that help with sleep but it helped me feel a lot better too. Please be mindful, it does take some time for some people like me. But regardless, it works.
