Why is candida so difficult to get rid of? - gut health, microbiome

It's easy to refer to candida as "sticky". It just doesn't go away easily. Thus, you need to be aggressive at helping it.

Reasons why people don't succeed at uprooting candida:
1️⃣ Candida roots into the gut barrier. Once it is rooted in it is tough to get out.
2️⃣ Candida (along with other bad stuff) builds biofilms. This protects the candida from your immune system and your doctor. It protects the candida against all those amazing herbs that have antifungal benefits too.
3️⃣ There was an an initial cause of candida overgrowth. Don't you think it is wise to address that as part of the process too? You can't just hit the candida. You have to hit the imbalance problem hard and build, build, build the immune system back up. Vitamin C in higher doses doesn't do this like you will need. Sorry.

So, what do you do for Candida problems?

Option 1) Pathogen Problem Protocol
Option 2) Pathogen Problem - Really Bad Diarrhea Protocol
