Here are a couple suggestions to improve your sleep:
1. Remove electronic devices from around your bed
2. Start calming your brain down hours before bed
3. If you can, compartmentalize your thoughts and avoid thinking of anything of a serious nature an hour or so before bed.
4. “Don’t go to bed angry” is a horrible saying, it should be, “Don’t fight tired.”
5. 2 capsules of Quiet Serenity & Magtein (Magnesium L-Threonate) at about 2-3 hrs before bed helps you to start calming down
6. Get tested for sleep apnea. Sleep apnea can also drastically affect your hormones
