The secret to long-term gut health - gut health, prebiotics, probiotics

Oh, the things I would do differently if I knew 10 years ago what I know now.

People muck up gut health efforts. They do a little cleanup, with some build-up, with a variety of products that make no sense together all at the same time.

Most of us never address motility upfront. (How do you clean up a gut that is clogged up?) We do a partial cleanup. And then to build up the gut we assume the end-all-be-all is a probiotic. Probiotics have been ultra-hyped up for so long that we assume that's the answer to all gut issues. I was guilty of this when I first started my gut health journey.🙋🏼
