I take both Magnesium L-Threonate and Magnesium Glycinate daily.
I was introduced to Magnesium L-Threonate a few years ago. And, in my opinion, the stuff is amazing. It has helped me with mood, focus, energy, stress, sleep, etc.

I take one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening. If you are ever not sure if it is working after a couple months, then go off of it. That’s what I did and then I immediately jumped back on it.
