Same rules apply for helping with diverticulosis as with issues like Crohn’s.
1️⃣ Address motility with the right herbs and gentle fiber (if necessary)
2️⃣ Help clean the gut up with an aggressive dosing of immunoglobulins for 8 weeks
3️⃣ Help build up the gut with immunoglobulins and probiotics that have shown to work well with immunoglobulins
4️⃣ Help build out the gut with probiotics and prebiotics shown to significantly increase short-chain fatty acids and key bacterium types – bacteria diversity.

With diverticulosis, I take a “go big approach” with my protocols to help. Massive gut corrections aren’t addressed in 30 days or less with 1 or 2 capsules a day of probiotics.

Guess what happens if you don’t address motility issues before dropping a high dose of immunoglobulins into the system? Bloating, constipation, and/or possibly more loose stools. For success everything needs to be done in order.
