The answer is, “not much.” There are some studies here and there that say it works for a variety of issues. And people as a whole seem to believe in it whole heartedly.
But from the science side of things there is little to no evidence it does much. It does contain some acetate that may be beneficial to
some key bacteria but bombing the gut (according to our science team) with ACV is likely to do more harm than good.
Our conclusion is to take it in small doses if you want to take it.
