5 steps to Cleaning Up and Calming Down Gut Issues-SIBO, IBS, IBD, leaky gut, food intolerances, gas, bloating, constipation

Messed up gut? Hurting all the time?
.
What if I suggested that probiotics may not be the best place to start? Of course, the underlying issue and original contributor behind all other problems with different names (SIBO, IBS, IBD, autoimmune diseases, leaky gut, food intolerances, gas, bloating, constipation, obesity, etc.) is bacteria imbalances.
.
Naturally one might think that the best way to deal with bacteria imbalances is to throw tens of billions of CFUs of good bacteria of different types of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium into the gut.
.
But what happens if the gut is moving really slowly (slow motility) and that the issue behind the gut bacteria imbalance is due to slow digestion? What about low stomach acid caused by something like H. pylori?
.
Probiotics probably aren’t the best starting point for these things. And certain probiotics (environmental probiotics like B. subtilis) that are shown to drive out bad pathogens like E. coli may not even be the BEST place to start. Although necessary at the right stage.
.
Increasing the best bacteria is step 4 when the gut is ready for them. To clean up the gut take an antibody (immunoglobulins) concentrate full of IgG that is scientifically proven in human studies to drive out actual toxins like H. pylori, C. diff, LPS, E. coli, etc. Antibodies drive out viruses, mold, chemical toxins, etc.
.
For serious stomach issues clean it up and calm it down first with the right ingredients at the right dosing. Move on to probiotics and prebiotics at the right time.
.
What about people with mild to moderate stomach issues? Probiotics and prebiotics may be great for these people, but the best probiotics and prebiotics aren’t going to only drive up a diverse range of good bacteria types, they will also push out the bad bacteria and toxins too. Please consider the best methods carefully.
