Last fall, Nina Lopez was overweight, bloated, constantly tired and increasingly irritable. With her husband suffering from cancer (and a six-year-old daughter in remission from bone cancer), Nina is currently the sole provider with two jobs, so she knew she needed to take better care of herself so she could continue to support her family.
