Iron in your diet is very important. But when taking high doses of it in a supplement form it can come with some side effects.
Be mindful that there are side effects to supplementation of certain supplements. A lot of customers say something to the effect that they have started an iron supplement then experience constipation, nausea, etc.
When a person's gut health is in order, they absorb minerals better thus needing to high dose supplements a lot less (in general).
