Work on constipation/slow motility issues first and then work on bloating, food intolerances, leaky gut, and inflammatory issues second.
.
There is an order to gut health. When observed and followed, these issues are helped. If a person jumps to part 2 before addressing part 1, issues aren’t helped as well. In fact, if we don’t address motility issues first when they exist the other issues and problems keep coming back. That’s why most gut issues keep sticking around.
.
I know many of you are anxious to get bloating behind you. I’m very aware of that from the DMs I get daily as I am building out protocols. But unless motility is addressed first, bacteria imbalances will continue and bloating will remain. Bacteria imbalances are the foundation for all issues, and if motility is slow bad things will grow. That’s just a fact.
.
When I am building big protocols to help with big issues, they aren’t 30 days or less protocols. I am working my tail off to cut down timelines by adding new ingredients and being more aggressive where it makes more sense, and where the science supports it. But long-standing issues aren’t resolved in short windows of time.

Many people ask if they can ease into protocols before jumping all in on high doses of herbs and such. The answer is “yes.” By all means, feel comfortable trying things out before going full throttle.

As always, if you have questions, please don't hesitate to send me a DM and ask.
