Yes, better sleep, yoga, exercise, meditation, and a good therapist are great for stress. 💯
But if you live a stressful life, you need an amazing gut health plan.
Because stress is a complete gut /health wrecking machine.
“It can’t be my stress.”
But it is probably at least contributing to your issues, if not causing them entirely.
Stress triggers a breaking apart of the underlying foundation pieces of whole-body health.
To keep those underlying foundation pieces together, you need to manage your gut health.
You can wait till your health is shot and then consider working on your gut health. It happens to most; we've all been there. 🙋🏻♂️ But why not start before it gets bad?
