Based on the science, should your gut health protocol/program help with skin issues? If your protocol is focused on decreasing immune activation and increasing short-chain fatty acids then it should. 👍🏼

Can a poor diet muck all this up and continue to cause eczema and psoriasis? Yes. Sorry, this is also true.
