Health benefits of intermittent fasting - gut health, inflammation, diabetes

We ❤️ intermittent fasting because its SO good for the gut. But what other benefits come from intermittent fasting?
✅helps fight inflammation
✅leads to a longer life
✅lowers the risk of diabetes & heart disease
✅helps with weight loss

TBH when I tried it for weight loss, I didn't notice much difference. But when I paired it with a gut health protocol, I started to drop fat and pant sizes.
