It definitely may. More and more research each year suggests that the gut may be the key to addressing issues like ADHD and anxiety.
Popping pills, however, isn’t the entire ticket to improving gut health. Diet, exercise, and other factors are also contributing factors to poor gut health. Taking the right products in conjunction with a healthy diet, exercise, plenty of rest, and other factors are all key to gut health.
