“I’ve spent thousands of dollars on gut health. Nothing works.” I hear this a lot. After working with hundreds if not thousands of customers with gut health challenges, this definitely can be the fault of the company, but it can also be the fault of the customer.
Here are some basic tips to help set mindset for gut health.
1️⃣ Tip 1 – Start in the right spot for your gut issues.
If you have constipation, reflux, heartburn, nausea, bloating, stomach pain/aches, and burping/belching issues please start with motility.
This does NOT mean probiotics. And there are actually only a very few prebiotics that apply here as well. How do you clean out a clogged system? You don’t. Pressure flush it? The clogged system will come right back, and you will have issues all over again. You need regular, non-forced, non-laxative regularity BEFORE cleaning up the gut.
If you have constipation and diarrhea, please start with slow motility first. If you have frequent to chronic diarrhea, then you can start with the gut clean up. A clean up should NOT be a laxative protocol.
2️⃣ Tip 2 – Addressing gut issues takes time. Meds work fast (mostly symptom smashers). Natural supplements and corrective efforts take time. Please be patient.
3️⃣ Tip 3 - Don’t bounce all over the place chasing the newest coolest packages and products. Please don’t fall in love with random parasite, candida, and other XYZ cleanse system/products then shove them into an existing protocol/program. It's not very effective.
