I and a couple of my children have attention-deficit/focus issues. We also struggle a bit with depression.

When I load up on saffron (30 mg), l-theanine (100 mg), and caffeine (200 mg) I get hours and hours (like 8 hours) of focused work. My mood perks up immediately.
