What causes your immune system to overreact?

When the functions of regulatory T-cells (Tregs) and dendritic cells (DCs) are severely impaired, you lose immune tolerance. This can lead to overreaction and chronic immune activation. Your genes can also cause Treg problems as well. However, gut imbalances are the most direct initial trigger for harm to Tregs and DCs. Gut imbalances may even trigger gene responses that can interfere with proper Treg function. Treg and DC dysfunction can also cause unhealthy allergic and inflammatory responses. In a tolerant immune system where Tregs and DCs function properly, they play a key role in maintaining immune tolerance and provide healthy inflammatory and immune responses.

A dysfunctional immune system causes unhealthy inflammatory responses. If you have unhealthy inflammatory responses in the small intestine, large intestine, and rectum, you may experience diarrhea, loose stools, abdomen pain, and fatigue.

An extensive immune tolerance protocol must include three key focus areas:

  • Decrease pathogen load
  • Help restore microbial balance
  • Improve gut barrier integrity

After many years of working with our science team, third-party experts, and thousands of customers, we have developed a streamlined process that focuses on these key areas. Our simple but effective approach can help you achieve immune tolerance. As with all gut-related issues, the first key is starting in the right spot for you.

Where to Start!

If you have any issues with constipation, reflux, heartburn, indigestion, slow gastric emptying, feeling full quickly, nausea, burping, or belching, please first start with the Slow Motility+ Protocol. The first step here focuses on opening detox pathways, unclogging the system, and turning on motility. This will help reduce the chances of future imbalances, allows pathogens to effectively leave your system, and helps prevents toxins from being reabsorbed.  Step 2 will be the Immune+ Protocol. The Immune+ Protocol includes a full gut cleanup.

If you are not experiencing constipation or slow motility, please start with the Immune+ protocol.

The Immune+ Protocol uses clinically studied ingredients to help bind toxins, pathogens and heavy metals and remove them from the body. This process helps restore the microbiome and  normal immune response. Next, we focus on helping to rebuild the protective immune tissue within the GI tract, also known as the mucosal barrier. The mucosal barrier houses immune cells and gut microbes and prevents certain toxins from entering your system. Lastly, we focus on building microbiome diversity, short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), and other gut compounds that are key to immune health.  This helps provide sustainable, long-term benefits for digestion, immune balance, and more.

When these 3 points are done correctly, the Treg and DC function may be restored, leading to immune tolerance, and appropriate immune and inflammatory responses.
