Many people ask if using something this effective can come with some initial discomforts. We’ve found that if someone has a massive imbalance and suddenly introduces a lot of Nano Scrub they may have some minor discomfort. While we love to hear it’s working, if this is the case then you will want to ease into Nano Scrub more slowly at ¼ tsp or ½ tsp per day for the first week. Adjust your dosing as needed and then work on up to the normal dosing. Most people do not experience this discomfort, which means they likely do not have major imbalances. ^*

Nano Scrub is Silver Fern™ Brand’s way of effectively helping customers with concerns about many different types of bacteria overgrowth. It can be taken daily and ongoing, but we typically only recommend up to 7-months of use. Once the system is cleaned up, we suggest using Nano Scrub for annual clean ups, at the first sign of sickness, after coming home from a trip, or when other things are causing stomach discomfort. ^*

Cleanse

It is very tough for anything to compete against antibodies for helping clean up the body. Antibodies are how your body responds to bad stuff in it. Cleanse contains a concentration of antibodies called immunoglobulins and is about 3X more abundant in immunoglobulins than colostrum. It is dairy-free, sourced out of New Zealand, manufactured according to FDA cBMPs, and is USDA/APHIS approved.^*

As with Nano Scrub, we encourage people to start with a smaller dose of Cleanse and work up to the full amount. For most people that is 2 capsules per day at night for the first week. If you have diarrhea or loose stool issues you may want to start right away with the normal dosing of Cleanse (4 capsules per day). This is because Cleanse helps bind things in your body and can help counteract diarrhea.

With that in mind, if you have any form of constipation, we recommend you establish normal regularity again before using Cleanse. It is best used with normal motility, open digestive doorways, and open detox pathways.

The ingredient in Cleanse has been shown to soak up problematic bacteria and to help address concerns with bacterial imbalances. For H. pylori overgrowth concerns, we encourage people to empty the capsules of Cleanse into water and drink them. This helps the immunoglobulins get to work right away in the stomach instead of farther down in the intestines.

How to Use the Products Together?

Nano Scrub is best taken on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before eating.

Cleanse may be taken with or without food, morning or night. If you are taking 4 capsules per day, we suggest taking them at night. When you are taking 8 capsules per day, take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening. For best results, take Cleanse at least 2-3 hours apart from Nano Scrub.

For normal cleanup we recommend the following:

Step 1: (1 month)

• 1 tsp of Nano Scrub per day
• 4 capsules of Cleanse per day, 2-3 hours apart from Nano Scrub

Step 2: (2 months)

• 3 tsp of Nano Scrub per day
• 4 capsules of Cleanse per day, 2-3 hours apart from Nano Scrub

Step 3: (4 months)

• 1 tsp of Nano Scrub per day
• 4 capsules of Cleanse per day, 2-3 hours apart from Nano Scrub

For major imbalance concerns, we recommend the following:

Step 1: (1 month)

1. 1 tsp of Nano Scrub per day
2. 4 capsules of Cleanse per day, 2-3 hours apart from Nano Scrub

Step 2: (2 months)

• 3 tsp of Nano Scrub per day
• 8 capsules of Cleanse per day, 2-3 hours apart from Nano Scrub

Step 3: (4 months)

• 1 tsp of Nano Scrub per day
• 4 capsules of Cleanse per day, 2-3 hours apart from Nano Scrub

After completing either path, we recommend moving to taking the Ultimate Probiotic and Targeted Prebiotic to help build up the gut again. This is highly effective when taken right after the gut has been cleaned up thoroughly, it is also what we recommend for general ongoing maintenance.
