Review Policy
Silver Fern Brand Review Policy
To ensure we publish honest reviews and display fair rankings, reviews may be rejected or removed if they contain the following:
- Endorsement or promotion of illegal or harmful activity or violence.
- Vulgar, Profane, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory language.
- Speech that personally attacks any of the following: race, nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexual preference, or religion.
- Content is written in a language other than English.
- Content that violates another person’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. (e.g., publishing another person’s full name, address, email, or other identifying information without permission).
- Promotion of a competing product or company.
- Unnecessary characters.
- Content that does not give an actual review or evaluation of the company.
- A score that does not coincide with its content (Example: A positive review with a score of 1)
- Reviews left by individuals who haven’t interacted with the company or products that the company offers.
- Content that does not relate to the company or Company’s products.
- False Information
- Multiple negative reviews for the same product from one customer
- A negative review from a competitor.
- Unsubstantiated medical claims
- Unsubstantiated side effect claims (ie, this product made me grow a third arm)
- Reviews about flavor if the product detail page warns the customer that the ingredients are strong and may taste bitter.
Reviews that focus on the following issues may be rejected or removed because the content is meant to help customers learn about the product itself, not an individual experience ordering it. Customer reviews may be rejected if the reviewer has not followed the recommended usage guidelines and protocols for the product. This is because the product may not have been given sufficient time to address the user’s concerns, such as reflux, constipation, or diarrhea. Ensuring proper use allows for a more accurate evaluation of the product’s effectiveness.
Silver Fern Brand, LLC reserves the right to reject or remove reviews that appear fraudulent or misleading. Additionally, users who continuously abuse the policy will be blocked.
Review Moderation
Reviews submitted to Silver Fern Brand, LLC are individually moderated by Silver Fern’s management team.
All Reviews are manually moderated in accordance with our Review Guidelines. Reviews that do not meet the guidelines are rejected.
Individuals who are directly connected to or work for a competitor are not permitted to leave a review even if they are also a customer.
The content of a review must match the overall score the customer gave the company or product. If not, the review will be rejected.
