Your gut health may be impacting your allergies and immune health - gut health, probiotics, prebiotics

I had seasonal allergies for as long as I could remember.

Back in the 80s, I had to get allergy shots to work on our family ranches/farms.
My allergies never really got better as I got older.

Along with my shoddy immune system, my allergies drove me crazy. I took antihistamines, Flonase, etc. all the time. That was my management plan for allergies.

It wasn't until after 8 months of a heavily focused gut health protocol that I noticed my allergies really start to drop off. This happened about the same time I noticed I was no longer getting sick every other week.

I am sorry to say it was not a 30 day plan. I know we would all like health issues resolved in 30 days or less. It took time. That being said, at the time, I wasn't aware of aggressive gut health protocols and I almost completely focused on the Ultimate Probiotic and Targeted Prebiotic. With what I know now, I feel strongly I could have gotten a much better responses in half the time I did before.

Gut health (in my opinion and experience) is key to helping with seasonal allergies. I no longer need anything for allergies.
