Gut health can help with sinus infections-probiotics, immuniyt, zinc bisglycinate, cleanse, immunoglobulins, antibodies

I used to get multiple sinus infections each year. My kids would bring home all sorts of illnesses. I would catch it and get really sick. The cold/flu would go away but my sinuses would always get infected.
.
After my sinuses were infected, I would try everything I could to clean them out until I’d finally go see a doctor and have them put me on an antibiotic. How often would I get sinus infections? At least 3 times a year. Because I am so familiar with this issue, I am sharing my personal solution to dealing with them.
.
1️⃣ I do everything I can to keep my gut in good health. The immune system is massively impacted by the gut.
2️⃣ As soon as cold & flu season start, I immediately load up on Cleanse, Ultimate Probiotic, and Immunity. I double the dose of each. (I take one dose in the morning with breakfast, and one dose in the late afternoon/evening).
3️⃣ I start taking Zinc Bisglycinate in the morning with breakfast. If I start to feel a cold coming on, I double the dose this too.
4️⃣ I use the NeilMed® Sinus Rinse morning and night followed by Flonase®.
This has kept me from begin on antibiotics for a sinus infection for 6 years now. It works great!
