Accepting anxiety, not fighting it, is a powerful tool

Many of you, like me, struggle with stress and anxiety. It took me years to learn to turn my brain off after 6 pm and mentally shelve all issues. The problem is that they then pop up early in the morning. I attack them by working it out at the gym and it makes me feel much better.
