Digestive enzymes can be very effective IF you take the right enzymes at the right time in the right dose - digestive enzymes, fodmap, gluten, dairy, food intolerances

We hear it all the time, "I've tried enzymes in the past and they didn't work!" We respectfully disagree, at least when it comes to our enzymes.
.
The short-term solution to food intolerances is taking the RIGHT ENZYMES at the
RIGHT TIME in the right
RIGHT DOSES.
(The long-term solution is taking probiotics that increase a person’s own enzyme production)
.
1️⃣ Specific enzymes break down specific foods. For example, lactase doesn’t break down gluten. Gluten
enzymes don’t break down pectin or inulin.
2️⃣ Not all enzymes with the same names are equally effective.
3️⃣ Taking enzymes after a meal is useless. When undigested food hits the intestinal tract, the damage is
going to happen. Enzymes need to be taken at the BEGINNING of the meal or right before to meal.
4️⃣ Taking 25% of the enzymes needed to break down the food problem in question will result in 75% of the stomach issues still happening. For full coverage take 100% of the enzymes needed to break down the foods. One can’t overdose but they can under dose.
.
For full digestive enzyme coverage here are three enzyme products with the right enzymes to get the job done.
🟩BLOAT & GAS RELIEF (FODMAP enzymes including dairy): 1-3 capsules before meals. For large
Thanksgiving type meals take 4 capsules.
🟦Digestive Enzymes: 1-4 capsules before meals. For large meals take 4 capsules. For small meals take 1 capsule.
🟧Gluten Comfort: 1-4 capsules before meals. For potential trace or hidden gluten take 1 capsule. For meals with gluten in them please take 3-4 capsules at the beginning of meals.
.
Personally, I don’t have FODMAP food or gluten issues so when I’m eating a large meal and don’t want discomfort I
take 2-4 capsules of the Digestive Enzymes to prevent stomach aches and pains.
.
“People with food intolerances often don’t make enough of a particular enzyme that the digestive system needs to break down a certain food or ingredient.”
