What is magnesium citrate? - gut health, constipation, laxative

"I'm not on a laxative. I take magnesium for my constipation. It's natural."

Magnesium citrate, oxide, and other forms of magnesium are used as laxatives all the time. Non-laxative forms of magnesium are magnesium glycinate, magnesium -threonate, etc.

To be super clear, so I don't offend anyone, magnesium is a great supplement. I like it. Our company likes it. But it is also not an ingredient that should be used long-term for regularity.

If you have long-standing constipation issues please consider the protocol in slide 2.
