Hair loss or thin hair can absolutely be a sign of malnutrition/ digestive problems. This seems to be pretty much universally accepted with not a lot of contentious debate. ⁠

The next step? What to do with that information. Address any motility and/or digestive issues first. This includes constipation, diarrhea, heartburn/reflux, nausea, bloating, cramping, and any other symptom that comes from the belly either after eating or that develops throughout the day. ⁠

We have plans for each of those issues. Please start there! If the issues are allergies, skin irritations, a poor immune system, mood issues, and headaches/migraines but there are no digestive issues than start there with gut health. We have plans that start there too.⁠
