Introduction
aXivite® is a patented, microencapsulated form of phenylcapsaicin designed to provide the metabolic and performance-related properties associated with capsaicin without the pungency or gastrointestinal discomfort often experienced with traditional chili pepper extracts. Human clinical research has evaluated aXivite® for its potential role in supporting metabolic activity, exercise capacity, and post-exercise recovery at low, well-tolerated doses. In acute exercise studies, phenylcapsaicin supplementation was associated with increased fat oxidation, improved aerobic efficiency, and reduced perceived exertion during exercise. Effects of Phenylcapsaicin on Aerobic Capacity and Physiological Parameters in Active Young Males

This randomized, triple-blinded, placebo-controlled, crossover trial evaluated the acute effects of phenylcapsaicin on aerobic performance and physiological responses during exercise in physically active young males.
