No-Bake Key Lime Pie Bites

Yield: 12 bites
- 1 Silver Fern Key Lime Pie Paka Baking Mix
- 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 2 Silver Fern probiotic capsules
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of one lime
- Whipped cream for topping
- Mix together crust mix and butter. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons into each mini pie tin. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Mix together filling mix, Greek yogurt, and lime juice until smooth. Remove crust and spoon 1 tablespoon into each tin, filling to the top. Freeze at least 4 hours until firm.
- Remove from tins, top with whipped cream if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
