✔️Trial hcl which will assist with stomach acid (start slow)
✔️Stop overeating/drinking too much liquid mixed with food
✔️Support your detox system. You may need to look into what nutrients your deficient in.
✔️Cut out the CRAP
✔️Increase fiber with vegetables
✔️Manage a healthy weight
